Rotary sock sale scheduled Nov. 10-12
The Osage Rotary Club has scheduled its annual three-day sock sale, featuring world famous Fox River Mills socks, for Friday, November 10 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, November 12, from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
The sale will be in the gymnasium of Sacred Heart Catholic School located at 218 S. 12th Street.
Types of Fox River Mills socks available will include liner socks, casuals, outdoor, boot socks, ski socks.
Employees of Fox River Mills will be available during the three-day sale to answer customers' questions.
Proceeds from the event will go towards supporting youth-oriented programs, including additional development of the Rotary Soccer Field. The Osage Rotary Club has historically supported programs for young people and other community needs as they've become known.
The event is co-sponsored by Fox River Mills of Osage.
