First Baby of 2008
Adyn Bissen of rural St. Ansgar was this year's winner of the Mitchell County Press-News' First Baby Contest. Adyn, the son of Justin and Krystal Bissen, was born at the Austin Medical Center January 1 at 12:56 a.m.
He weighed eight pounds, three ounces and was 20 inches long.
He joins two siblings in the family, Dylan, 6 and Mason, 3.
Grandparents of the new baby are Russ and Mary Bissen of Stacyville and Joe and Colleen Krebsbach of Adams, Minnesota. Adyn and his family will receive many gifts from local merchants. (Press-News photo by David Namanny)
